Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills in English and a passion for engaging prospective clients. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, generating leads, and promoting our products/services through effective telephonic communication. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to promote our offerings. Arrange and conduct direct client meetings and through generate the business. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and articulate the value of our products/services. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support in closing deals. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospects. Requirements: Male candidates are preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales would be an advantage. Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
